The situation of the industrial and commercial region of Pfaffengrund:

• west of the University of Heidelberg
• the cities of Mannheim and Ludwigshafen lie to the west
• directly on the Autobahn A5 and
• 35 minutes away from the Frankfurt Main Airport by car.

A good infrastructure positively connects the region. The commercial area is, because of its well defined spatial and functional proximity, easily accessible by foot or by bicycle from the neighboring housing area of Pfaffengrund-Süd. The connections to the OPNV as well as the local and regional street network is also very good.
